Sir / Madam,
I Bharat Kumar V Parekh retired from my service on 6th April from [Blue-Dart exp ltd] Mumbai Andheri (E) branch its a head office located nr sahara road.
As per all pension scheme rules, I have duly filled up all the formalities requested on pension form. Till date I have not received any information or any due amount which I have to receive from pension department.
Please look into the matter at earliest, also please find below information. Now i am unemployed and its very difficult to manage. Hope you help thanks
