IFB/washing machione and micro ovan
Regarding gift Vouche

I had purchase washing machine model no. AW-60-8061 and micro ovan model no.20sc2 on 20/07/09 at the same time from Rajeev Electonics (P) Ltd Gangtok Sikkim. And I had given a gift voucher of Rs..and today i.e on 02/01 I have purchased same model of washing machine but the voucher of Rs. 2000 can not be adjusted. Please tell me the facts.
