Blue Dart
Non delivery of Draft

Dear Sir,

Kotak Bank sended a draft via Blue dart having AWB 44250188242 which was not delivered by blue dart and they sended back the draft to kotak with a feedback that address is not reachable without visiting the address. This was not Happining first time as these things are going from last couple of years

I Have compaint for the same to Blue dart customer care but no action was taken by the company..

Note :- My address is correct and reachable due to ir-responsible behaviour of Blue dart Staff i have not received the draft and need to pay the penalty ..

i request you to kindly look into the matter as these things are going on each and every time due to in-efficient working of gurgaon bank stafff
