Dear concern

My name is Anand Kumar Chakrawarti./ PF no-DL/30996/15321

I have worked in Omnia BPO in the process of DISHTV for 9 months, suddenly due to some personal reason, i have resigned to my post (Due to my mother's sickness), and at the time of resignation, the HR person Ms. Rachna Thapa has taken my exit interview and accepted my resignation and she told me to come after 45 day sfoe FNF. i went over there after 45 days, they have done FNF. and told to apply for PF after 60 days.

after 6 days when i went to application for PF, she (Rachna Thapa) told to pay recovery amount of rs.2500, i told that at the time of resignation no one told me to pay such amount later and not told to surf notice period, and that time i was needed to my family especially i have to take care my mother, so without any dispute they have taken my resignation... at that time she shouted on me very rudely and badly... however at the interfere of senior person she has submitted my PF form and i have taken complete PF form from her and submitted to PF office...(PF no-DL/30996/15321)

till the date i have not got my pf amount.
