A credit card courier was send by HDFC BANK through Blue Dart courier services from chennai . it was expected to reach by 2/09 to PGI. the courier was not delivered and on inquiry i was told that since i had not met the courier had returned 3 times while in fact the courier has not come even once.and courier returned. On request the HDFC bank had again send the courier to chandigarh.and was supposed to be delivered on 6.09.11. This time also on inquiry i was told that the courier had visited once and i was not available. which is totaly baselsss as i was in the working place at the courier address but till 7th September it has not reached. It was very urgent and the the courier man committed it to be reached within 24 hours but still not delivered. So I want some action to be taken against the company for not keeping its words.
