Insulting the passsengers not giving the balance

Respected sir/madam, i am a citizen of delhi and i am working in a pvt ltd company as an engineer.

On 11th oct I boarded the bus of route no 970 from shadipur metro stnd.

I gave 100 rs note to the conductor (Who was not wearing the conductor dress), I asked for a ticket for madhuban chowk, in reply he gave a ticket of Rs 10/- returned 40 Rs/-, i undrstnd his condition as he doesn't have change, so i reminde him dat there is balance of Rs 50/- he said yes.

Before reaching madhuban chowk I asked for my balance Rs 50/-.

In replying he refused by saying dat there is no balance.

I requested him to return my balance but he shouted on me by saying dat i am a lier, he used this word at the front of public so many times.

Then i requested the driver to stop the bus, he stopped the bus and after talking to the conductor he too start shouted on me, but i didn't allow him to go further. Then public came to me by requesting that tthey are getting late then driver requested me to board the bus & talk. then i again requested to the both of them to not to call me a lier.

He put a 50 Rs/- note at the front of god statue and said just pick if u r right so I picked thad note as i know dat i m right, but after dis again the both of them start shouting on me by calling lier lier lier.

they hurted me in the front of public so i ruined that 50/- Rs note completely at the front of them and deboarded the bus at madhuban chowk by leaving that ruined note in the bus.

They insulted me in the bus at front of public which i dnt deserve.

Please take serious action towards them.
