DTDC courier service lost very urgent official parcel

We sent official courier on 12th oct paying overnight charges of Rs. 1000 so that it should reach Jaipur from Delhi by 13th oct. But it did not reach on time. While asking for status of the courier, the customer care was rude and said that consignment number is wrong and therefore we have not received any parcel of yours to be delivered. Our important meeting on 14th oct was a flop show because "DTDC Courier service" was not able to deliver our parcel on time. Instead they were least helpful to atleast find out where our parcel is.
