Hi,

I bought a new window AC in june. product serial no- 069976. i have logged a call in customer care for its compressor. complaint no is 15553 dated- 03/06. i am following up with you guys since then but still no one from your company has visited my place. i was looking for a better service from you guys atleast because i have heard a lot about this company before buying..

I request you to look into this matter, if this is not sorted out immediately, this will push me to drag you guys to the court for not providing a proper service.
