Eplacement of compress in warranty period

I have bought the window AC from a dealer known as " BEST AIR CON.WORKS" at Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi.

I would like to know whether Blue Star is run by the dealer or your goodselves. As the dealer says everything is settled by them. They had the audacity to say that even if I approched Blue Star, I will be sent back to " BEST AIR CON.WORKS"

They (dealer) say that they want the money FIRST then the service will be provided to the customer.

Are you all making us go in circles, pillar to post. Or should I inform the TV channels and the print media? and give the complaint to Consumers' Court. I am hurt to write such letter, because I have given several complaints. Complaints nbr :- 22219 for which the Costumer Care says the Customer is not paying the money. But the dealer wants the money in advance and then they will give the services.
