POOR SERVICE

Dear sir,

we have purchased 3 ac of 2 tons from your dealer gem house jalandhar almost three years back, from the day of purchase till date all the units are not in proper condition, even after changing the unit of 1 ac from the dealer, even afer reffilng the ac gas in all units, even after changing the control pannel plate from the ac . till date we have spend more than 20 thousand rs in servicing these units to work properly but all in vain . your dealer is very clever, he is making us fool & making money out of it . now the condition is so worse that his service people is unable to correct two units & bring them in working conditions for last 2 months, due to this we are loosing our business like anything, so its my request to you to take the fast action on this, otherwise we have to take the help of counsumer court which we dont want .we have choosen these units as bluestar has a good brand name . waiting for your possitive reply
