I purchased a Blue Star AC HW241YA2 (Split) 2* on 23 May from a dealer named Choice Comfort (Invoice no. 459), C-7, Jayanti Market, M.I. Road, Jaipur - PH 4001665, 4021665, 2376665.

Its been whole 1 year and till now I have made 10-11 complaints at your center for cooling troubles and auto OFF related matter.

I am toatlly fed up with my purchase and deeply regret it. Request you to kindly look into this matter asap and replace my AC
