Cooling not effective and poor customer service

I have a Blue Star windowt AC (1.5 T).

I logged a complaint on 20 june for Preventive Maintenance with the company customer care (compliant number - 21007).

Till today (june. 28th) - there has been no action taken by the company. I have called up various times to get the service done but not happened yet.

and received assurances.

I got the Blue Star AC for it well known brand, but due to the irresponsible service centre, Brand name is spoiling. I dont know why this is happeneing.

I love Blue Star brand very much&but now i am very much unsatisfied why i got it.

pls take necessary action or else, Blue star name will perish in the market.
