Assault and man handling

THis is to bring to notice that i was driving my car near Indian Institute of Science Road and was heading towards Malleswaram at 2:40 pm today (3.06.2011). Behind my car there was a Pushpak Bus (BMTC), he was driving at a high speed and wanted to overtake my vehicle. As there was little traffic i was not able to give way for Pushpak vehicle and he was overspeeding his limits and he was driving rashly and negligently (The Pushpak Bus was hired for a Marriage Trip). on that road you get Sadashivanagar Police station Signal as there was red light i came and stopped my vehicle and was waiting for green light. The driver of the Bus got down and started scoulding me in bad language and assaulted me on my face and i was wounded on the right lip which has swallon and bleeding. Vehicle No: KA01 FA 1659. Timings: Between 2:40pm to 2:50pm. Date: 03.06.2011.Bus: Pushpak Vehicle.

Please let me know what action your taking aganist the driver.
