Bus conductor not giving ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today (7th NOV), I am travelling in BMTC bus from Big Bazar to ITPL in the bus numbered KA 01 F - 3573, and the bus conductor is not giving ticket after taking the money (5 rs), I have asked for the ticket and he is very rudely answering to me because I asked for the ticket, the he demanded extra 2 rupees (actual cost is 4 rupees only, min. dist. fare) saying ticket is 7 rupees, thinking that I will not ask for the ticket, I gave extra 2 rs and took the ticket, however he has done the same thing with many people and he has not given tickets to any one who boarded in to the bus along with me. Please take action against such conductors as it is a loss to BMTC as well as Citizens.
