DIS RESPECTIVE behavio

I was travelling in the BMTC Volvo bus No. KA01FA1539 its route no. is 500. on 7th May at 3 pm. when i entered in the bus, i asked a ticket for marathalli market. I did not have change to give. I gave a 100 rs. note to the conductor and she asked me for change. when i told her that i dont have change, she immediately shouted at me and asked the driver to stop the bus. she literally pushed me to get down. it was very insulting. how can she behave like that. I am a reputed medical professional and just because i don't know the local language, i could not argue with her. why such behavior is done with non south indian i don't understand. Its not written anywhere in the bus that if we don't have change, we can't get into bus. top of it that lady conductor was having enough change amount in her hand to return me. I want BMTC to take some action about it.
