Wrong Information & Excess fare collecteed

Miscellaneous

Dear Sir/Madam,

I and my wife was travelling form K R Market (May hall) to Yeshvantapur Railway station at around 8.00PM on 10/04, after waiting for 20 minutes we boarded 52E (KA01 __3548) Ragvendra colony to Yesvanthpur Railway station.

The lady conductor in the bus was very rude and gave us wrong information that the bus will not go to yesvanthpura railway station, instead will terminate at Govardan stop. we took two tickets Rs.12/- each no. NG61 490996 & NG61 490997.

After reaching Yesvanthpura bus stop the conductor asked us to get down at yesvanthpur bus stop as the bus will not go to Govardan and will go to yesvanthpura railway station now. When i argued that i initial asked for yesvanthpur Railway station only, then the conductor demanded to take additional ticket of Rs. 4/- each other wise get down. The conductor made the situation so worst that i was completely embarrassed in front of the co-passenger and forced to buy the tickets no. D130 751411 & D130 751412 Rs. 4/- each.

I request your kind self to look into the matter and take necessary action against the conductor for giving wrong information, putting us in embarrassing situation and collecting excess fare.

Thanks and Regards
