Problem with Volvo buses to stop in Dairy Circle

I want to put to your notice the person who takes bus @ Majestic and take ticket to Dairy circle in BMTC Volvo bus, has to get down before Dairy circle[ Nimhans bus stop]. If we ask why the conductor gives the reason that the stage for dairy circle is Nimhans bus stop. If this is the case in ticket why they are mentioning Dairy Circle?

Please look into it and do the needful.
