BIAS stop on request

I regularly commute from Marathahalli to BIAL by BIAS Route No. 6. Today (4/2), I waived hand to stop the 6:00AM BIAS 6 bus but the bus did'nt stop. There was clear view between the bus and me. Reason seems to be utter disregard to my request by the bus driver and conductor. This has happened to one of my colleague also. As there will be someone like me to catch BIAS 6 to reach BIAL in order to attend different shift duties, I request that drivers may be instructed to stop BIAS 6 bus on request at Marathahalli. This is applicable also for alighting at Marathalli.
