Not giving change

When i was in hurry to go college i steeped into the bmtc bus (298m/ka-04 FA-463) i have taken the ticket from yelahanka to majestic (Rs10) i gave him 20 rupees but he give me only 5 rupees and he told me that there is no change. u collect afterwards and i saw one person giving a 5 rupees change to conductor and then i asked him to give change but he again told me there is no change then i argued with him he started scolding me in kannada but i cant understand the kannada. all the passangers were starring at me i felt very sad .when my stop came ihad to get down without taking change.

if any action is going to be taken on the conduter . i want to slap him, i like to spit on his face and i want to kick in is assand i want to say him just fuck off
