Driver does not respect commuters request

Hi,

This complaint is regarding a driver's attittude to the commuters. The driver's duty is to open the doors as per the commuters request. All buses Volvo or ordinary ones open the door at BEL Circle signal stop. Since the signal takes time to go Green, usually everybdy gets down at red (since its a main stop and people have to go to different routes). But here this driver is too harsh & arrogant and picks up a fight with the commuters and adamant not to open the door at any cost. The Bus route is 276 (KBS-Vidyaranyapura), No:- ka-01 fa 2272. The driver nameplate was missing but he's a plump fellow who takes up evening 6.30-7.00 route from KBS.This bus comes across BEL Circle around 7.00-7.30.

This driver needs strict warning from officials. Plz take due action for this complaint. I am posting this complaint as a representative for lots of people who has faced this situation.
