Surrender Payment

Sir,

I offered paritial surender of my money plus policy no. 956923002 in April. but the lic officers made the full sureender of this policy insead partial surender. when i complained about this, I was told that my units were restored.

Now I need full surender of this policy, but it was delayed by lic. they say units of the policy restored but the until the status of policy did not change we can not make surender paymet.

I need money urgently and lic says no money until status change. they made the mistake in april didi not rectify their mistake until now. Now after one and half year they say we cannot make payment.

Where I shoud complain and get my payment Imidiately.
