NO cash payment recieved but debited fom account

SIR,

I sourabh rawat an account holder (ac no .27790100008159) in your IMS BHU, VARANASI branch went to your shop no 19 shakubhan complex (ATM id 1FDVAR04) for cash withdrawl ammounting Rs 4200 . Before completion of my transection there was power failure. Afterwards when power came at 4 pm Rs4200 has been deducted from my account but I received nothing.

Please solve my inconviences as soon as possible
