Non booking of the gas

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am registered with Indian Oil Gas & I am having the problem with gas booking.

Whenever I went to book the gas to my distributor they refused to book the gas as per their notification from Indian Oil co. they are not allowed to book the gas before 30 days from the date of previous booking. I am suffering from the last 20 days as they are not booking up on time.

In the last 14 months in have received the gas only 10 times as they had the excuse of not having the gas. Could you please tell me what I will do now.
