Misbehave by the Branch Manage

Today 19.10.2010 we went to submit IDFC INFRASTRUCTURE BOND forms at your Siliguri Branch but your Branch Manager has refuse to accept the forms but after several request forms was not accepted by the Branch Manager and Start Misbehave with us again we have Requested and try to make him understand that Our Company Have CMS account with your Bank and we are having Personal Bank account and Salary account too but The Branch Manager was not in the mood to listen anything and said “ if you want to complain against me you are free to do so and get out of My Branch or I will throw you out from my branch by calling security guard” and start abusing in front of Bank staff and few costumer.

You can check our Relation, discipline with your Bank with Respected Mr. Tashi Sir and First Branch Manager Mr. Arindam and all staff of your Bank (0 to top).

We where in shock due to misbehaver of the Branch Manager of the IDBI BANK, Since inception of the Branch we have referred many bank accounts (saving and preferred costumer account) to your Branch. Hope you can understand our respect, Faith on IDBI BANK.

We have great faith on the Management of IDBI BANK, hope Management will take appropriate action against the Branch Manager of SILIGURI BRANCH.
