It is matter of great sorrow that I have not recieved any book against my order No OGA090003358. My membership No. is ITBC08689644 and my order is of total value of Rs 2199 for the said book. I have not recieved any book and gifts etc till to date. As I have written earlier also that my address is Flat No. 61, Transit Flat for Haryana Govt Officers, Sector-12A, Panchkula-134109.
