Non Delivery of Tickets

I have booked 4 IPL Tickets on 12 March for 29th March Match to be held at delhi Booking ID: IPDD0000451462

The tickets were to be given to some acquaintance and were to be delivered but I have not received the same till date. whereas as per the FAQ on the site says that the Tickets will be delivred within 4 days of the booking.

I spoke to numerous times to their call centre and even sent mail to helpdesk@bookmyshow.com (this is the only mail id provided). I have been speaking to Mr Nelson since 22nd March and still my tickets not delivered till date. Now is 28th March and match is tomorrow. How i am going to deliver these tickets to the poeple who are to watch the match. I have spent 24000/- for these 4 tickets. I request you to kindly help me to get the refund damages for the mental trauma caused by callous attitude of Bookmyshow staff and management.
