Link problem

There is a problem to create a link in my broadband. it takes a more than half hour to conncet to the exchange when i remove the telephone from the line. with the telephone in line it does not connect. i am facing that problem the last one month, many number of times i send to my request to ur customer care number (18004241600), but i received no reply from their side.please treat it as soon as possible.
