Non Refund of Failed Transction

Respected sir,

I wanted to book a railway reservation ticket from Guwahati to Jammu Tawi 15/07/09.My account id on IRCTC is nsnegi59. I have tried to book the ticket through my SBI ATM -cum debit card, but all the transaction has failed. When i have checked my account Rs. 6, 089 /- for ID Ref No. 0128134299I G09035650 TRANSFER TO 30085132582 is debited from my account. Request intimate how many days you will take to refund the amount into my account, i arrangtley required the amount for my onward journey.
