I lost my Petro Card while travelling

Sir/Madam

I lost my petro card no.7240176400032945 while I was in travel. I tried to contact 1800222725 but it comes always with busi-tone and asking me to try latter.

Now I request you to pl block my petro card and try to issue a new one to me in replacement of the same.
