Washine Machine not providing satisfactory service

Dear Sir,

Few months back, I had purchased BPL washing, Model no. ABS 45SD soak Plus.

It provided good service so far but for the last few days, it is giving trouble & I am unable to locate its centre from which I can get service so that its fault can be rectified.

Under the above circumstances, I approach your good office to plz. pay attention to my grievance & depute your engineer so that fault can be rectified at a early date.

I hope you definately will take prompt action keeping in view your customer's grievance & for your company creditabilty for which it is known in the market.
