Spurious parts supplied by BPL to its Service Centre

I have been complaining since last one month that my BPL Fridge is not working due to spurious timer put in it. Needless to say that the part was supplied by BPL itself to its Service Centre, situated at Tinsukia, Assam. The Service Centre is telling that they have already sent indent of new timer to the company, it has not yet reached. How much time will it take? One year? Two years? If they can not provide proper service to the customers, why don't they close the company and engage themselves in Bhajans?!
