Frequent going out of orde

Dear sir,

Unfotunately I have purchased the said mobile set in April But the set frequently goes out of order. Second time on 01/12 the set was handed over to the service centre namely Satya systems & solutions (N686) Ranchi.

Great inconvenience caused to me and I am fed up with the set. It has sustained grevious mental agony and unusual trouble. Please advice me what legal action I should take so that I may not had to suffer again and again for the fault on your part.

Please tell me exact problem with the set.
