NEW TYRE BURST

Hi,

We Purchased 3 Bridgestone Tubeless Tyres from Newbharath Tyres, Cochin on 24 May & one of them blasted on 25th May

It was informed to New Bharath on 27th May, that our brand new Bridgestone Tyre blasted at Munnar (first trip after putting brand new tyre). Luckily our Chevrolet TAVERA managed to escape without human accident. We purchased 3 New Tyres and one of them got blasted.

On 31st May, we approached your office with the defective tyre & you have advised us to take the same to your Godown at Tripunithura for Inspection. We were asked to come back again, as your Engineer was on leave.

Today (01 June) Bridgestone Engineer- Vishnu (91 -9995579291) has declared that the Tyre had no manufacturing Defect & it was our fault that the Tyre blasted. We have asked for a detailed inspection report, which he has denied.

We seek a one to one replacement for the defective tyre from Bridgestone / New Bharath, failing which we will proceed with our lawyers / consumer forum for further action.
