Dear Sir,

My Mother Mrs. Jayalakshmi. K flown from Chennai to Heathrow London in BA Carrier No. BA36 on 04.11.2007. She is 70 years old. Hence I requested Wheel Chair Assistance at London Airport. I furnish the ticket No. as under:

Unfortunately, she sat in the Air Bus itself for more than two hours soon after the air bus reached London Airport. She suffered a lot without assistance. Hence I request you to clarify the same.
