My broadband bill for the month of Jan has rs. 750 excess. Regarding this I had filed a complaint with Customer relationship officer BSNL bangalore on 28th Feb. Till now there is no response from anyone of them.

I have been given 3 telephone numbers to contact but no one answers the calls on all these 3 numbers
