BROADBAND OF TELEPHONE NUMBER 22135961 NOT WORKING

I am facing problem with my internet connection since 08.06.2009.

I have informed at 1504 on 13.06.09 at 11:54 pm complaint number being 416900041 (the person refused to tell the channel/position number) and again on 14.06.09 at 08:02 pm. complaint number being 41601179 at position no 39. I have also sent e-mails to area manager Mr. Jhoku Ram on 09.06.09 and 14.06.09 but the problem still persists.

In the months of September and October I faced problem with my internet connection and my internet connection was down for nearly 20 days. I had informed to area manager and SDO office twice at that time and it took quiet long for normal services to get resumed.

The area manager and the General Manager have been informed by registered post, fax and verbal complaints in their offices.

I hope you will look into the matter to avoid inconveniences to the customers.
