Sir,

This is Suman Bandyopadhyay from belur, applied for a broadband connection, but after 15 days when I went to Belurmoth Exchange they told that they will not interested in this matter, Even the Head of this Exchange Mr Senapoti told that just cancel your telephone & Broadband connection application only because of their work pressure, means they dont want to do their job. I dont know how I will get my connection as soon as possible. My BSNL land no-26542641.I want my internet connection in this no for that whatever the procedure is their I did it. but still the problem is creating only that person, Mr. Senapoti.

Hope I will get as early as possible response regarding this problems.
