Repeated Pathetic service by BSNL: Inappropriate billing of phone no.23154649 for the last few months

Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to inform you again that for this
month also i.e. March (Bill
no.1793958637, dt.07/04), I have been billed
excessively for the broadband usage. My telephone no.is
23154649.This excessive billing is being done for the
last 4 months and we wonder if this is being done
deleberately. I have complained many times but no
avail. When I tried to contact the public grievance
number and customer relation officer their numbers are
always unreachable. I am fed up with your customer
unfriendly service. We sincerly advise you if you can't
offer basic service to the customer, it is better to
wind up your customer
unfriendly, uncompassionate, unkindly service than
keeping the loyal customers in lurch. We have better
serive providers than BSNL.Shortly, I will bring out a
writeup about your pathetic service in the media if
that is what is required to provide minimumbetter service to
the customers. If not days are not far off when BSNL
customers will switch over to better service
providers.
