Delay in delivery

A courier was sent to me from Hyderabad on 10Jul09 and today is 20Jul09. DTDC has still not delivered the courier to me inspite of me calling them (Not just calling! I have even told them that I will file a case in consumer court!)everyday. The consigment tracking status says 'out for delivery' everyday!

Everyday the same story repeats from the customer support! They say 'WE WILL SURELY GET IT DELIVERED TODAY'!..But that TODAY is never coming!

I have never seen a courier service taking 10 days to deliver something from Hyderabad to Bangalore!
