Delay in delivery
A courier was sent to me from Hyderabad on 10Jul09 and today is 20Jul09. DTDC has still not delivered the courier to me inspite of me calling them (Not just calling! I have even told them that I will file a case in consumer court!)everyday. The consigment tracking status says 'out for delivery' ...
