BSES
STREET LIGHT NOT WORKING

I had contacted customer care executive of BSES on 05/08 for change of Bulb on street light pole no. DWKXPP 1270 & 1267they give me a Complaint No. 1650 dated 05/08 but the bulb was not changed by the department. I again contacted on 12/08 they told me your complaint will be sort out within 48 hours. but my complaint was not solve by the department. so I reauested to concern officer to take the immediate action and change the bulb of Pole No. DWKXPP 1270 & DWKXPP 1267.
