Street light not working

I am senior citizen of H4/31 Bengali colony, mahavir enclave, new delhi, I would like to bring your kind attention that our street light is not working from the last five days for this i had already registered the complain under complain no 12012702013. till date nobody came here to sort out the problem, I dont know for what reason its delayed.

Now its under private sector why its delayed, why cosumer always face problem, every day i called for the reminder complain the executive said that your query would be solved but its still pending.. when it would be resolve...

Look this matter seriously and try to reslove at the earliest
