Dark street light

Dear Sir,

I am staying in the area where BSES services are not available but it does not mean that my complaints are not being taken seriously if I making a complint for the area where I am not staying. Almost a month back I had made complint (No. 08061901816) that some of the street lights on Kalu Sarai road (Infront of the Azad apartment) near IIT, Delhi are not working. Since hundreds of small children are daily passing through this road in the evening hours for attending various coaching classes. This has become very dangerous due to darkness. I have made second complaint today in morning also (No. 08081002962 dated 10.08.08) but helpline person was reluctant to resiter as I am not ataying in that area and I am not using BSES supply.

Please take it seriously as it matters to poor children who are serious for their studies.
