Billing of a non-functional phone

Dear Sir,

(Regarding telephone no. 2341684

My telephone remained non-functional almost for a year from July to July. I visit Greater Noida once in about 2 months as I own my flat in Senior citizen Home Complex. Everytime written complaints together with telephonic ones were submitted but the repair was not done inspite of my saty for overa week. It has been put to service only in August after a continuous chase for it. The SDO Telephone was very much aware of it as many written complaints and requests were submitted to him for not billing for the period it remained non-functional. But alas, he would have paid attention to my requests. May I therefore once again request to see that the bills so far paid by me for the non-functional period is adjusted from the future bills.
