Excess bill charged

Refer your bill No.919869510/10.07.09 where in the bill amount is Rs.1594/= which is an excess amount. The tarif plan is Rs.750/-month. During June I have used the phone only for Rs.15/= Then why Rs.1594/= should reflect in the bill.? The phone was installed on 21.05.09. My phone No. is 26582357. The bill amount ought to be only Rs.15 Rs750 service tax. Is not it? Please clarify my querry on war footing. Please let me know why this discrepancy has come.? Your immediate reply is highly appreciated.
