Non Refund

I had landline connection along with Broadband. I submitted the application for telephone closure at Adyar Customer Service center on 14th Oct and submitted the Instrument to BSNL chennai Thiruvaniyur branch on 18th Oct. The request id as per the Stores Receipt dated 18th Oct is 81445405. I was told that refund will be credited within 2 months to my bank account the details of which i gave with the closure application.

Now 8 months have been completed and till now i haven't received any refund. Can you please let me know the status of my refund.
