It is found that the excess billing of my broadband (internal) is made for the period of Aug 09.I have not used broadband for that period, but broadband usage charge is shown as Rs 1388.

I therefore request you to look into this matter and take necessary action to refund me the excess amount charged in the bill for the period of Aug 09.
