BSNL Broadband
Not working since last 3 months

My bsnl phone no. 0172-2277680 is not working since last 3 months. I have called up exchange personnel directly almost 50 times, met JE, Cable section personnel but nothing has been done till date. My fixed monthly charges are 1000/- which I am paying every month without availing broadband service.
