Usage details

I am unable to see my broadband usage as I am not able to log in with the user name and password to either http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ or http://www.dataone.in. What could be the problem and how do I check the usage. These days I am charged with extra usage charges also, which I would like to check in detail.
