I sri Arup kr. pal phone no.258716 of jharkhand chaibasa cosumer no.709669, applied for broadband" combo plan 500 C" connection in the month of july .and get connected in the same month. As per combo plan rent will be 500 and free calls 175 .But our bill doesn't include free calls 175 in the month of july and august. Therefore i request you to kindly adjust free calls for the month july and august in our next bill i.e in the month of september bill and oblige. Your kind co-operation in this regard is highly solicited.
